A good free image editor

This one’s a “virtual” freebie.The Gimp is an image editing program that was suggested on a Sims 2 board I frequent. I wanted to start making my own clothing for my simmies, but adobe photoshop is beyond my budget right now. This program is working great for me, and it’s free.
